Chicken and Shrimp-alaya

2 TBSP olive oil
2 chicken breasts, cut into slices
1 zucchini, cubed
1 yellow squash, cubed
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 pound peeled and cooked shrimp, thawed (if frozen)
Cajun seasoning

Saute chicken in olive oil until just cooked, set aside. Saute zucchini, squash, onion and garlic about 5 minutes. Add chicken and shrimp, season with Cajun seasoning to taste. Stir until shrimp are warmed through.
